Hi, my name is Phil Heckmann.

I want to help you stay safely in your home.

I have been in construction for over 40 years. I remodeled more than 50,000 hotel rooms across the country. In the “off” season I bought, rehabbed and flipped many houses over the years. I have always loved my construction trade.

I found universal design when I became one of the first Aging In Place Specialist in Missouri. It is a way of building and designing homes and buildings to be accessible to all people, of all abilities.
